Last month in Brussels project partners reviewed developments in the Diversity@Work project, delivered by the Irish and Estonian Diversity Charters, along with the Aga Khan Foundation in Portugal. In total, 10 European countries (Ireland, Estonia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Spain and Portugal) are involved in this project.

All Diversity Charters responded to the survey between October 2019 and February 2020, which sought to identify and gather together practical tools that European Diversity Charters use to reach out to attract new signatory organisations, and support the implementation of Diversity Charters. In addition, the work to develop a blended learning course, to foster a greater understanding of the value of Diversity & Inclusion practices in the workplace is being advanced.
