From the 22nd- 23rd of January, partners from the Estonian Human Rights Center, Equality Strategies (Ireland) and the Aga Khan Foundation Portugal gathered in Lisbon in the context of the Diversity@Work project that is co-funded by the Rights, Equality & Citizenship Programme of the European Commission.

The core aim of the project is to develop a Charter Implementation Toolkit (CIT), composed of a blended learning course to foster Diversity & Inclusion practices at the workplace, along with  practical tools that support European Diversity Charters reaching out to new signatory organisations and advising the development of their D&I policies and practices.

In total, 10 European countries (Ireland, Estonia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Spain and Portugal) are involved in the project.
