Equality Strategies has been managing the Irish Charter since 10 years. For 20 years, they have been delivering diversity and inclusion initiatives, conduct research and evaluate diversity management, equality, social inclusion and human resource initiatives, as well as diversity and equality reviews involving audits of surveys of employees, running focus groups, conducing impact assessments of policies, practices and procedures and training all stakeholders to play their part in delivering achievements. At a national and European level they have conducted national equality and diversity surveys, run programmes, co-wrote practical guides, (eg: “Promoting Equality of Opportunity in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises”; “Implementation Checklist for Diversity Management. Support for Voluntary Initiatives Promoting Diversity Management at the Workplace Across the EU”). They have also been delivering pan-European projects on diversity management focusing on impact measurement.
